WATER! How Much?
How much water do I need to drink in a day?
The amount of water a person needs depends on height and weight, as well as the amount of daily activity level they do. That includes work load and exercise if any. So let’s start with what is recommend. A person needs to ingest a minimum of 6-12 ounce glasses of water a day (juices are not included) on a hot or very dry (very low humidity) day more water is needed.
