The Importance of Stretching –
Stretching helps the body to stay in alignment and balance as well as improved posture by keeping the muscles long, relaxed and flexible. and it increases mobility and improves circulation. while making you more resistant to injury and falls. stretching helps in increasing balance and better walking stride. its very important to stretch at least a minimum of 3 – 4 days a week for 20 – 30 minutes.
If you are working out or in some type of sport activity, make sure you stretch in-between each set and/or before you start and after the activity.
