Meal Planning
“Meal Planning or Meal Prepping” is not a new thing but a thing that families did in the past. They would prepare meals to last 3 to 4 days as well as preparing lunch too. Sunday normally would be the day they would begin the preparation for the week. They would cook the meat to last for a few days and foods which are more perishable they would cook the day of; they would prepare just enough for a couple of days so it wouldn’t lose it freshness.
Now meal prepping basically is the same but more detailed, especially with us having more knowledge on nutrition and picking the right foods to help in creating balanced meals. We all should get back to meal planning because for the reason it is just better to have a home cooked, healthier meal. The major benefit is that we can slow down an have more family time. Eating together helps us slow down and also save more money in the long run.
