THE PERFECT ABS!
We all want to have great looking abs! For some of us they are the hardest muscle to attain and some of us are just blessed with them. So let’s just dive right into this! Abs must be developed over time and the truth about it is they are not only developed in the gym but in the kitchen as well. You’ll have to incorporate the right type of foods, and bring your body to a lower fat percentage. Adding in some cardio (to be determined by your trainer/ health coach) is usually suggested. Ab routines with thousands of repetitions are not necessary.
Remember, the abdominal muscles consist of (Upper Abdominal, Lower Abdominal, Side Obliques as well as Lower Back). You should stretch out these muscle groups too!
