Training vs Working Out
TRAINING VS WORKING OUT –
Working out – generally is focus more on general health and well being, while Training is gear to more of a specific objective, like a Sport or Competition wear a person has to perform or look in a specific way to win. Working out is not like training because the demands is a lot lower especially when it comes to time limits, body Transformation and performance, Calorie intake and the supplementation a athlete would need to be their best and the higher amount of Stress they encounter is more, while a working out person stress is no where near the level a athlete must be and their goal is more gear to a healthier lifestyle and decreasing their stress levels and general well-being.
So if you want to train or just workout, start out with small goals and build up from there. its all a learning process so the most important thing is to enjoy the process and have fun. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
